Fun at the Farm this weekend! We love "The Blueberry Bash". My oldest actually had the best time - he kept repeating how much fun he was having. The weather was lovely and everyone was getting along nicely. Favorites included blueberry picking, feeding the goats, riding the tractors, a wagon ride around the farm, and watching the baby chickens. Not much knitting today - but well worth it.

I'm starting to think this designing "thing" is a kind of a "get back on the saddle" thing. There are so many ups and downs.

Tuesday was the last day of school and I finally finished my quilt! This was a 64 in by 64 in quilt that I made for my son's 2nd grade teacher. All the kids in the class made drawings of themselves and the teacher, I scanned the drawings into the computer, and used spoonflower.com to make the fabric.

This is a quilt I made in 2009. A little too stiff because of it's tiny car quilt size, but I still liked it. I based it on the sheet set that the recipient chose on her baby registry. I love adding applique to my quilts. By the way, this post is for Crazy Mom Quilts benefit. It is not as random as it seems!

One of the first warm days in a long while. They weren't about to stand still for pictures! Three parks, bike riding, and the Y make for a pretty good day. Not much knitting done, but that's ok.

This is what I'm working on now. This cardigan has been test knit once, and is pretty close to complete.
